Wife not coming to stay with me & my family

my wife is a doctor, she is working in another place, she is not coming to my home & showing arrogance to be with me, when i asked her to come to my home she is not coming & for quarrelling she is saying wrong allegations. How to file case on her legally.

hi if she is not coming to lead marital life then you could send legal notice asking to her to come to her to marital home amd if she failed to come to home then you could file petition in court for restitution of conjugal rights
