Basing on the your information you can file Restitution of Conjugal Rights Petition against your wife to come back to you lead happy marital life or else you can file divorce also as your wife changed her community.

First you send a legal notice through advocate to join with you for marital life. If she is not coming mediate with your elders. If she is not coming file Divorce petition. During that you can mention about religion issue and forcing you to convert to other religion.

You have a good ground for divorce based on above explanation, perhaps if you decide to continue with her, you can issue a Legal Notice demanding her to return back to your matrimonial bonding. The religion of the child shall be that of the father unless contrary appears to be agreed. You can approach the family court to restrain them from growing the child in the said manner and to have visitation rights as the child is infant.

Dear, If you still want to continue matrimonial relationship with your wife despite her cruelty, send a Legal Notice through a lawyer to your wife asking her to join you along with your son. If she comes good, else file a petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights (RCR) in the jurisdictional family court where your marriage was solemnized or where you both last lived together and proceed. However, if you want to end the marital relationship with your wife and dissolve the marriage, consult your wife and convince her for Mutual Consent Divorce(MCD) as it will take only 6 months to obtain divorce. In case, your wife is not willing for the joint divorce, file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty and seek for divorce. Further, as you believe that your son is being raised as a Christian by your wife and in laws, file a child custody petition and seek the custody of the child though you may not get the custody of the child given his tender age, you may be granted visitation rights by the court to meet your child. All the best!
