Wife not allowing to meet child

13-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife left me 6 months ago and took my 1.5 year old son with her. I asked her to come here to discuss the issues but she said she cannot come due to Coronavirus. We stay at a distance of 2 hours and it is legally allowed to travel using public transport from there to here. I said ok fine. I asked her to make a video call to my son and she called once. Again after a week I am asking her to call again and she is ignoring my messages and calls. I am planning to visit her place to meet my son. Will this create any problem. If she does not open the door or allow me to meet my son I will record the audio conversation so that if this turns sour I can prove cruelty that she did not allow me to meet my son. Does this strategy have any problem?

hi in this case as there are no pre existing legal action between you and your wife, you are free to visit your wife and your son at her maternal place. in case she and her parents don't co-operate then you can proceed to send legal notice for restitution of conjugal rights along with access to the child

You have to do one thing you can file criminal application for distress under criminal procedure Code and can demand court visiting rights for child also you can discuss with relatives and can settle down the matter through conciliation.
