Wife not agreeing to mutual, and filing false case-need divorce

Me and my wife married in 2021. She hid her severe mental illness and physical illness before marriage and taking medications. I observed since start of marriage, and when she confessed after a year - she left me in 2022. i felt betrayed for no reason. She made false cases against me and asking me money - while not living with me, and also not giving mutual divorce for the past 2 years - causing me cruelty. I wish to end this marriage and move ahead in life. Help me legally
hi if she is not giving mutual divorce then you could file petition for contested divorce in court on grounds of physical and mental harassement and also on grounds of abuse by her and could obtain relief
