Wife moving abroad, how to file a divorce

My wife is planning to move to another country and settle there. We have been married since 4 years and she is staying separately as of now due to conflicts with my Mother. How can i file for a divorce if she leaves the country? Please suggest my options and should i act swiftly before she leaves the country?
Dear Sir,
Immediately you can file divorce petition along with interim application to stop her moment to Abroad. You must pray the court to insist upon her to agree for mutual divorce then allow her to go abroad. Further, you can claim compensation for unnecessarily breaking marriage bond and thus putting you to undergo depression.
