Wife manipulated aadhar card and filed a fir in different state.
29-Mar-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Wife belongs to and lives in A state and updated aadhar card to B state, IO found that on updated address of aadhar card, no such person is living and someone else is living there since 30 years. Also, her mobile location comes from A state. IO submitted FR in trial court and she is not going in trial court. Lawyer says she is not well and unable to come and 2 dates are given already and have not yet appeared.
How long it will take?
And What IPC I can apply along with 13A?
Hello it can be the case of forgery by your wife and she might have forged her adhar card to take benefit of jurisdiction of Courts in other state, you have file complaint also for forgery, regarding your present trial you have to meet public prosecutor
