Wife made physical relation with another person in my home(video proof

Me and my wife along with 10 year lod son live in a flat. My wife made physical relation with other person at my home while I was out (at least on known instance with video proof). Later I investigated and gathered video of another person entering the flat in my absence.
I have audio clips in which she is admitting to another male that she wants to be in relationship with him.
How strong are these evidences for me to get divorce?
Adultery Under Hindu Marriage Act, 1955
Section 10 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, says adultery is defined as a ground for judicial separation. The section states that the parties can file a decree for judicial separation or divorce because they are mentioned under Section 13(1) of the act.

these are strong evidences. u will easily get divorce under section 13 of Hindu marriage act. make sure audio and video as non tampered. in a pen drive. 65 B certificate. in some case FSL is called for if they doubt. u have good chances of divorce. make sure you are not consenting party. or any collusion.
