Which religion you belong you not mention. If you Hindu than simply both parties are appear one day in court and file mutually divorce. Court fix another date for second motion after time of six month later. After six month both parties again appear in court and get final divorce decree. For more information you can call me.

Parties seeking mutual divorce has to appear before the Court twice and that to after the gap of six months. First motion is passed upon 1st Appearance and after the passage of six months 2nd motion is passed on the appearance of the parties.
