Wife left matrimony house she was pregnant after delivery not coming

Wife left matrimony house 3 years back,then she was pregnant. After birth of baby,went with parents to take her back. She refused to meet also .Still at her parents house with girl.I want her to come back on her own.No communication.
Hello, if you want your wife to co habit with you then you have to file restitution of conjugal rights petition in family court to bring her back from her parents house and this is the only available legal way or else you have to think of this marriage

we have to send notice to come with child to reside with me .solv all the problems with family. or file case of section 9 of the Hindu marriage act. or ask for divorce. or we can go through child custody also then only she can meet you or talk with you. call her relatives ask them what is the problem that she was not coming back to the home.
