Wife left home, filled false 498a case, can I get Divorce easily ?

My wife left me after a month of our marriage. I tried my best to convince her no of timed to come back but she refused, as a result I had to file RCR and waited for 9 long months. I had to withdraw RCR because she is a revengepron girl.... I had file for divorce and now she had file 498A against me with all false allegations.....can I get Divorce easily? Hope she is not eligible for Streedhan.

Ur case seem to be bit weird.....if u want to get divorce ..do meet a family lawyer nearby....since she has filed case against you under section 498 - A which is a cause of concern

Hello,
Yes, you can file for divorce but it won't be easily obtained if it is contested. Also, 498A is a criminal offence and I would suggest you hire a good lawyer to fight this case for you.
