Wife is separated and wants to study and ask me to wait for 2years

I am working in muscat. I got married 6months back. After marriage, I live with my wife for less than 30 days. She got pregnant in that time. She tortured me daily to take her with me to foreign. But my work environment is in remote desert place and I explained her clearly. But she not believe it and went her mother home, also gave a fake abusement case against my father and mother. After two weeks, i agreed to take her to foreign with me. Now she again denies to come with me and When i asked reason for not coming to foreign, she is saying that she wants to study and she immeadiately (within 1 week during the problem occurs) apply for 2years degree course. I clearly know that she is not interested to live with me and do all these for getting money from me as her family is economically not sound. If I apply for divorce case, whether court also ask me to wait for 2years till she finish her study and order me to pay her maintenance money?
