Schizophrenia alone may not be enough for divorce. Court will consider cruelty/assault, threats, property damage, false cases & child neglect. Mental disorder works only if severe & proved by medical records. File on cruelty + evidence.

Mere schizophrenia is not a ground, but court considers total conduct. Cruelty, violence, false cases, child abuse and evidence are relevant. Family court decides on facts, not blindly on HC rulings in consonance with the concerned provisions.
