Wife is creating trouble for me and my family for no reason

It’s been only 8 months since my brother got married but her wife is creating trouble since very beginning, recently she went to her maternal house bcz her grandmother died she went there on Friday saying that she would come back on Monday she went happily from here thn after going there on Sunday we got a call from her parents saying that we won’t send back our girl back to your home and come to our come talk and then take our daughter back with you else we will take some police action and will file complaint against us... but we don’t want to go to their house because we didn’t do any mistake she went well from our house saying that she will be back by Monday we asked them to come to our home with their daughter but they too are denying to come at our home .. i am not able to understand what next we should do.. shall we go to their home.??. if we then they will think that we got scared of them or of police complaint and she and her family will torture us again with the name of police

hello client as i can see your issue very much serious in this matter we nees to take proper precaUtions so tht you family shoukd not be at any risk in any condition as well as in any trouble so you nees to take route so tht both the think to get sorted out and no harm can be made so in thia regards we need to take help from court as well as from police itself so tht you and you family can remain safe.

In your case I would recommend that going their house might be a big concern ..they might attack you or assault you but still if you want to go then I would recommend that you must hire an advocate who will draft one apprehension intimation that you are going to your in-laws house and they might be hit you on put any false case ..n then u need to submit the same at concerned police station ….plz b in touch

If you want to reconcile, then file section 9 case in the court. Section 9 of Hindu marriage act is for the restitution of conjugal rights i.e. when you want you wife to reconcile with you and want her to join your company.

If you have trust in the parents of the girl then you can visit their home and try to sort out the matter amongst yourselves. however if you believe that they might approach the police and file false charges against you it is best not to visit their house. instead you may file a case of restitution of conjugal rights in court. under this case the court will order that the girl come back to her matrimonial home and resume marital relationship with her husband.
