please give me the details about how your wife cheated you? otherwise I will not able to understand your problem. If your wife cheated you in your matrimonial obligations, you can approach the family court on the ground that Conjugal rights.

Dear Sir,

Before you making allegations on your wife you need to have proof ( instances even after marriage ). I need to understand by which way you got cheated either money/relationship ... etc.,
I am not sure you are thinking about divorce.

My wife went to her native place in March for relatives marriage. From there she did not come back to Bangalore and I also did not went to there to meet her... In August she called me and told that she is pregnant of 3 months.. I was shocked by hearing that news.. My family members questioned her.... She replied that your son has come in June... But I did not see her from March.... What I have to do... I want to go for divorce and I want to file a cheating case also... My approach is right...? Not only divorce I want to file a cheating case against her... Please suggest me.

in your case it is important to file a case for divorce on one of the ground of cheating as you have stated that you did meet your wife for a long period if so you can always file necessary application for DNA test which will prove who the father of the child is. you can do so only if our a 100% sure of the facts what you have asked in the question

as you said that your wife and her lover has cheated you if so your can always file an FIR for cheating and a suit for divorce more over you have not mention the nature of cheating and also about could not understand you mean by wife's lover. it would be better if your have given in detail

If such being the case you can file divorce petition on the ground of adultry. Further in the court you have to establish that the pregnancy is not because of you and that can be established only through the DNA test. To conduct such test you have to seek court permission.

Further for the act of cheating based on the DNA report you can take legal action against her.
