Wife is cheating husband and trying to murder him

if a wife cheat her NRI husband and trying to murder him, how will possible divorce from her and in which period?
NRI husband can file a divorce case and can have a strong divorce case on the grounds of cheating , cruelty and attempt to murder him . The obove mentioned grounds are suffering corny enough to get divorce if proved in court. It won't take that long as if the divorce case is filed under section 13 HMA . Moreover nowadays Indian judicial system has became fast track . It won't take more than 6 to 7 months if the divorce case is filed and evidence is concluded in time .
