wife is abusing and torchering

My wife is working (Assistant Professor in Private University) and I am doctoral student she is living away from me as well as my family. we are married in Dec 2023. 1. She is refusing to stay with me. 2. Continuous mental torcher and abuse with me. 3. all the time mistrust. 4. threat of suicide. 5. threat of filing of dowry case 6. damaging my image in my institute 7. demand to leave study 8. abuse to my family member 9. create disturbance in my study by abusing and mentally torcher

hello sir aap kaha se hi sbse phle sir agr ye sb apke sth ho rha hai so aapko ek polic complain kr pdga sir apne security ke liye sir agr Aisa kuch bhi krti hai to aap prblm mai aa skte hai so sir esliye aap jab free ho office aaye sir bat ho koindikt ni hga har chez ka sir ek ilaz hota hai

dear , plz go with the dv lawyer expert , I can understand the problem you are facing with. You should file RCR 9 first ... bcoz this is the first remedy only to get rid of this issue. thank you so much .

hi friends it is very heartening to know that you have faced so much harrasment from your wife. As per legal remedies you should first file a case of section 9 h m act to restitution of conjution right. and if she can't come then go for divorce.
