Wife ek 6 months ke ladki ke maa hai or husband ko ladki se Milne nahi dete or phone par baat bhe nahi karte hai or na he ladki ke baat karne dete hai or husband ko lie dowry case me fasane ke dhamki dete hai or bol te hai ke police hamare pahchan ke hai or tere jamanat bhe nahi hone dungi husband ke or sir/mam hame arrest hone se bachne ka rasta batao or hamare bacche hame chaiye or hum divorce Dena nahi chahte hai husband party ke or hum wife or bacche dono ko rakhne ke liye tayar hai

Dear Client you should immediately file a writ of Habeas Corpus before High Court then court will call the wife and daughter for that purpose and take statement and also provide custody to you or you may file section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act its only option you have

aap section 9 ka mukadma file Court mein aur guardianbad act ka aapko beti se milane bhi Di jaega aur Apne Ghar Rakh sakte hain apni wife ko a criminal case mein dhamki Deti Hai To vah bhi section 9 mein add kar sakte hain Jankari ke liye mujhe call kar sakte hain
