Wife & her family threatening legal action

I am a Muslim and my marriage was solemnized 6 month’s ago, and in Nikahnamah issued, the lied age is recorded. After marriage, I discovered her real age and I was shocked to see that she is elder to me in age. Next, till date there hasn’t been proper sexual relation between me & her, she always say No. Wife threatens to desert. Always argues with our family member's over trivial reasons. Pushing me to live separately. So, I asked to her to leave the matrimonial home after a fierce argument.

Dear Sir, In Muslim Community marriage will be considered as civil contract. You may get issue a legal notice threatening to give divorce legally by approaching Family Court. Since your marriage not completed even 12 months as such it is difficult for the husband to get Divorce in the Family Court unless you take consent of your wife for Mutual Divorce.

How do you prove/ Show her real age ? Have you asked for reason she wants to go back ? obsolutely no sexual contact after marriage with her ? Bused on your replies to above i can advise if you can get a divorce from her.
