wife has mental illness so sending divorce notice to wife

The points in legal notice are, how much important and can i change lawyer after notice. My lawyer saying no need of detail information and some points are like i went to checkup with her, even after knowing i tried to build relation. But i did not try, so how much important points are in legal notice.

Legal notice is part of body of plaint, that is also very important if you file a case. I suggest you not to change counsel , please ask your counsel further taking steps. You can change your counsel with consenting them.

You have not stated what is that legal notice you are talking about. The caption says that wife has mental illness and you want to divorce, now for a divorce case there is no necessity of a legal notice. Anyway legal notice is not to give detailed information and about it your lawyer is right
