Wife Has Furnished False Affidavit

Hi, I am based in Mumbai and my wife from Delhi. We separated 2 years back and since then she filed a DV and 125 suit against me. In the proceedings that have happened so far, thr court had asked us to file income affidavits. While I am emoloyed, she manages her own business. However the income affidavit filed by her is false as she has not declared her true income. I have a copy of her ITR in which she has also paid tax while ahe has declared an income of around 40k annually in the affidavit. I further want to pursue a case against her for filing a false affidavit in a court of law. Kindly advise.
firstly if there is a court order for you both to file an affidavit disclosing your income, please file the same.
if you feel she has purposely filed a false affidavit bring this record before the court and inform th court that you have documentary proof to support your statement and file a further affidavit to the same effect.
