Wife has filed all these cases against me 307,498A,341,324,506

My wife has filed all the above cases on me and is now planning to go abroad for further studies. Can you some please advise what can I do ?? the Criminal proceedings are also starting from 29th Feb 2024. Also in the meanwhile she is filed a Divorce petition and in response to that we have filed for Restitution of Congi rights. I don't want to let go of my wife so easily and have a easy exit please advice what can i do in this situation.

If the allegations against you are malicious, and if you can convince the same to the Court, then you must file for divorce on grounds of cruelty. Harassing your partner won't fetch you any good. Also, the manner in which you are taking this case will be disastrous to your pocket.

Firstly hire an counsel /advocate then told them the whole facts about the case then they will tell you about the whole case and how to overcome from that situation and how to get relief in your matrimonial issues and helps in divorce case also and provide better legal consultancy to you
