Wife had filed false DV case against me and my family members.

My wife had filed false DV case against me and my family members. I want remove my family members name.I have 2 kids too, wife took away with her. My wife's family members have political background. They are manipulative and blunt liars. Need help in child custody of my children's, one son is 8 yrs and other one is just one year.

Sorry to know about your situation. You should contest the case properly. You may ask your counsel to file an application before the magistrate to quash case against your family members or you may file revision against the order of issuance of notice or..
