Sir, kindly obtain a copy if the stay order and examine it to see what options are available to you. You may have the option of moving the court granting the stay for vacating the same and then the court hearing your divorce petition can proceed

It is not stay perse on your Divorce case on merits. But your wife must have filed a Transfer Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court for transfer of the Divorce case you filed from your place to her place of residence on the ground that she is a lady and got a child etc., This you will have to defend your case before Supreme Court otherwise the Divorce case filed by you will be transferred from the Court you filed to the court/place where your wife residing and it will be a harassment. so consult a lawyer with your whole case details.

Your query is vague. It's not clear from your query as to on what ground you have filed your case. If there is stay order from the SC, then there must be an order to this effect and there must be the next date of hearing too. Moreover it appears doubtful to me regarding any stay order from the SC, as you are saying that today it's your first day of hearing. Please discuss the case personally with me.
