Wife filling false domestic violence and dowry cases

My wife has filed false domestic violence and dowry cases.she is asking for money and several other things to withdraw the cases. Has even forged evidences through fake photos and all. Now she has filed criminal suit for dv. How to save myself against all these false allegations??

if the wife filed a falsd cases against the husband then firstly we have to defend the case before the Honorable court and give our statements and whatever the other things they required for the case and if that's not enough we can also present new findings and new evidence which prove that the present case is not up to the mark or is based on fall evidence

You have lot of rights given by law in your favour so you can file application for u/s 9 of Hindu marriage act, maintenance case under Hindu marriage act, Case under Domestic Violence act on behalf of your mother
