Q: How to transfer property fully to my name from siblings
Son bought land for mother in Ludhiana. She passed away without will. Property then got transferred to all living heirs (husband, son, two daughters). Now father (husband) passed away (made a will transferring his share to son). What needs to be done so that the property is solely in son's name so that its easier for him to sell 5 years later? What is the exact step by step process of getting transfer of registration from sisters to brother? Siblings live in different parts of the country.
