wife filed sec9 I filed sec 131ia. After 2years wife registered complaint in police station. Fir, chargesheet opened. attending court, this 85bns case opened in Aug 2024, will clear in lokadalth? We asking to closed 85bns first followed by divorce case by mentioning DD numbers with aggred amount and give to her in presence of judge once she said ok for all conditions. Please suggest.

Quashing Requirement: Even if a settlement with agreed amounts and DD numbers is reached, the criminal FIR typically needs to be quashed by the High Court under its inherent powers (Section 528 BNSS, formerly 482 CrPC). This is done by filing a joint petition stating that an amicable settlement has been reached

oh hello hi case you have mentioned here I don't think your clearly mentioned yet and moreover here you can conclude the case in the Lok Adalat which ever family matter DD which you are giving mention that is very compulsory even the judge will be accepted
