Wife filed DV on her hometown husband nfile counter but he didn't attend 7 more enquiries also he filed divorce on basics of cruelty .. he is not ready to live.. we had two girl child... He didn't talk over the phone also for the past 9 months... He is avoiding us.. what i need to do at this stage.....

If you are looking for reunion with your husband then you need to engage family elders to reach a common ground. You have filed domestic violence case against your husband and he has filed for divorce. Naturally, given the litigious scenario your husband will avoid any kind of interaction.
