Wife filed DV case on all family n claimed 50k monthly maintenance

I am govt employee with 60k salary n married in feb 2022..n she gone for pregnancy in August n then she never come back till now...child is baby boy n now he is 3yrs ..we never lived together after then..her parents interference is much n she completed post graduation .she claimed 50k monthly plus 90Lk OTS .. 1) why she didn't case 498a n 420 n 125 ?. Is any advocates strategy to bring these articles later n harass? 2) is she want interim for lifetime ? 3) how much interim can Cort give?

Non-filing of 498A/420/125 now doesn’t bar future cases, but delay weakens credibility. Interim maintenance isn’t lifetime; it’s till final decision. Courts usually grant 20–25% of net income, facts-based.

Maintenance is based on your 60k income and her needs. Courts usually award 20-30% of net salary. Interim is temporary during trial. Delay in filing 498A/125 can be used as a defense strategy. In order to understand more, kindly connect
