Wife filed criminal case on me can I apply for divorce now no relation

Is divorce possible if no relation is done for one full year. Wife has done criminal case on me of 307,325,323,506. If I apply for divorce will my criminal case will be affected(negative on my side). I belong to Hindu religion
no your case will not have any adverse effect. you can file for divorce without any problem rather it will provide a good ground for divorce, if you win the criminal case it will became it self a ground of seeking divorce

There is various grounds under hm act in which divorce can be granted. In Your case if spouse are not living together without any reason from last one year than it can be a valid ground for applying divorce and if spouse made false fabricated allegations against each other than it is also valid ground for divorce. There will no effect if you file divorce petition but I advise you that if it is possible one More effort for conciliation should be done in your hand. Appreciate my answer if agreed
