Wife filed an Injunction and subsequent lumpsum alimony of 1C 12Lkh

29-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Our marriage lasted for one year, with no kids. She filed for a divorce and have had asked for an alimony of 1crore. I am from a middle class family and cannot afford such heavy amount. I own one home under my name. she made an injunction against my home and my parents home.If I am willing to accept her and have no intention to give a divorce, should i still be liable to pay this alimony? Her family is settled abroad, i was abroad and now i retuned to India. Financially, her family side is wealthy than us. It is merely a revenge taken out. Please advise.
