Wife filed 498& 377, got regular bail by session court, but mobile sent to FSL, waiting for chargesheet, now how does FSL works-does it sees all data on mobile or only related to the case. What evidences can prove 377, what about the value of audio recorded file or call recorded file.
How to make settlement before fsl report comes & what chances of settlement after evidence stage or trial stage. Pl elaborate.
settlement can be done if both the parties have agreed upon certain terms and conditions. One of the condition will be of revoking cases. If settlement is reached before chargesheet then FIR may be quashed through high court
