Wife file 498a complaint against me , how can i file for divorce?

meri patni mere upar cm up aur mahila thana me sikayat ki hai mahila thana co office se phone aaya tha mujhe kya karna chahiye divorce lene k lie
Ap jakar CO office me police ke samne jaiye or apni patni ko samjhaye agar wo khusi se apko divorce dene ko raji hoti ha to dono log court me jakar mutually divorce le sakte ho. Or agar wo ready nai hoti ha to ap apni side se bhi divorce file kar sakte ha.

Apki wife ne aap par dowry demand ka a ligation lagaya hai or police thana me complain ki hai .isi liye apke pass police thane se fon aya hai.
Agar apki wife ki complained resitrad ho jati hai to apko police arreste nahi karegi .
F.I.R. ko mediation me bhej degi jha par 90day ka time rahta hai .
Bhan apko or apki wife ko date par bulaya jayega or sulah ki koshish ki jayegi .
Agar ap dono ki 90 days tak sulah nahi hoti to mediator report lga kar F.I.R ko thane par bhej degi.
Tab apki arresting police karegi .
Ab apko wife se divorce lena hai to apko section 13 h.m. act. Me case file karna pdega.
Apka divorce ho jayega.

Agar apko Divorce lena hai to apko family court mein case krna padega. 2 tareeke se divorce hota hai. 1. Mutual Consent - ismein dono husband wife taiyaar hote hain divorce dene ke liye aur ek sal mein divorce ho jata hai. 2. Without mutual consent - Isme ek party divorce dene se mana krti hai aur court mein case chalta hai. Court apni karyawaahi krti hai aur divorce deti hai.
