Wife does not want to come back home can she claim maintenance

My wife file a case against section 125 and on march and I m ready to take home and my life but she,was not willing to come in my life. Court suggest to go settlement but still she not change her decision. Then counsellor are suggested to got court. In such case should I give alumni to her. My wish is that k she is come and I want stay with her.
Please note merely saying that you want take your wife back will suffice the purpose, for that you have to approach court of law for the restitution than court will believe your intention is genuine and then you will some strong ground to contest the matter maintenance law various it is different from case to case for detail advise you can have my appointment so it can be discussed in detail.
