Hi,We married in the month june 2016Hindu.My wife is not ready to leave with my parents. She blames them for each and every word. She had ranaway saying that shes been mentally tortured.this happened alresdy two times almost 1 and half month she was staying in her parents house only.Again one month she stayed with me i had informed my parents also not to talk anything with her.But again third time she has ranaway without informing anyone when i went for bath. Then i called her 4 times but never picked call.I called her father he told me he has only told her to come back.going to parents is fine but without even informing she lost my trust. (Also she used to say she dont like to stay with my parents and was blaming me that i never understood her in this matter and was not getting opened up with anyone). We have hardly stayed 2 months together in this 5 months of marriage.what is the next legal action to be taken pl suggest.

Dear Sirs,

You can send her the legal notice through a lawyer. Then you can file for restitution of conjugal rights or the divorce petition on the ground of cruelty as her act of separating the husband from parents amounts to cruelty.

Firstly it's better you directly discuss with your wife as to what is her problem. There could be a problem too as mother in law daughter in law dont share healthy relationship as it is well known. It's a duty of the husband to make his wife comfortable.

If you want to continue the marriage try to work it out by shifting to a rented House if possible.

But if allegations against your parents are false send a notice for restitution of conjugal rights asking her to come and stay with you and perform marital obligations.
