me and my wife both are hindu.. my wife was with another man when i was abroad... so how can i file a divorce case
If You have any evidence to prove your wife`s affair You can on that basis file for a divorce. Children if young, will be an issue regarding custody and maintenance. Much depends on the type of proof you are having.

You can file divorce suit, before that , better you should contact and discuss for mutual divorce, it may be hardly 1 year you may get decree. Consult and file a suit and get decree of divorce. Discuss and file suit.
