Wife cheated me without divorced she married me staying with me and

Me and my wife married in arya samaj it's been 2 month now I came to know that she was already married to someone else whom she haven't divorced. When I came to know she you will ve on jail because you married me. And I don't any proof of her first marriage. And our marriage certificate is with her family. Now she is trying to suicide attempt just because I'm living her. What to do sir pls help

You must submit your apprehension complaint to the concerned police station and get the same drafted via your advocate…this could even be conspiracy against you …plz b in touch with us asap …thanks a lot take care

First of all you must file a written complaint to your nearest police station describing your whole issue and write that if she commits suicide or anything else you will not be responsible. And don’t worry you can’t be booked for bigamy. It is she who has committed a crime by marrying again without divorcing her previous husband.

you can file an appropriate application alongwith the affidavit to declare that your marriage is null and void further court will summon to the Arya samaj mandir trust to bring the record of your marriage... further court will verify whether the girl is already married or not...and whether the girl took divorce or not...and regarding threatening of suicide you can give a safety letter in your concern police station
