wife cheated me and she is having extra marital affairs

My wife is having extra marital affairs and as a proof I have her whats app chat. I want to divorce but she is not ready to give divorce and harassing and torturing me mentally. Also her father is also torturing me. Kindly suggest.

Sorry to know about your situation. You may file divorce petition and then contest it. Before, you need to send her legal notice mentioning about her affairs and demand her divorce . If she becomes ready then your may file mutual divorce.

you can file contested divorce in court. You don't need to get harrased if she is having affair after marriage. File case against her before she takes any action. What exactly they are harrasing you for?

you can get Divorce and you can also file for harassment .under Hindu marriage act Section 13(1A) in The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. (ii) that there has been no restitution of conjugal rights as between the parties . thanks
