Wife blackmailing to suicide with kids if we dont live separately

It is 9 yrs for our marriage, but my wife & her family members are troubling me a lot. Actually I realized that my wife is mentally retired/psychic. She doesn’t want my parents & family members to come & stay my house, but she is always happy to support her family financially, even her mother always stay to my house for 2-3 months. My weakness is my 2 kids and she is taking that advantages and always blackmail & threating me-by suicide along with kids. I just want to send her legal notice for divorce with these reasons considering threat to life. Please suggest.

is there any Dr. certificate showing your wife as mentally retired person, or its your allegation, if there is Dr. certificate then you will get easily divorce and for cruelty ground you need to prove the cruelty, the witnesses to prove your case
