Hello, I am here to seek your legal advice on my case. Its been 2 years to my marriage and we're not happy each other. Recently, we got separated from parents because of daily argument between my wife and mother-in-law and now she also wants/force me to cut the permanent connection from my parents. she fights with me badly if i go to my parents flat to meet them. Now-a-days she started black mailing me of Suicide. She started saying i will do suicide if go there. this marriage is not working anymore. its really high now , i dont want to keep any relationship with her. i dont want her to go away from home and also want to give her divorce. Can you please give me some legal advise on this ?

Constant threats to commit suicide, abusing your parents, defaming you and maligning your reputation amount to mental cruelty. You should try and record all wife threats as an evidence in court.
As far as law threatening to commit suicide is also amounts to cruelty to husband so based on this ground only you can file a petition for divorce on the ground of mental cruelty. For any further details if any you may contact me.

Firstly you go and lodge a complaint against her in nearest police station, take a NC copy from police station call her parents in the police station and some how you manage that she herself go to her parents place and then you approach the family court accordingly

Hi
Since you have not specified your religion , assuming you are Hindus , you can file one sided petition for divorce in case she is not agreeable for mutual consent divorce .Since you have not mentioned children , I assume no children from this marriage. You should immediately file an NC on about her threats to commit suicide if you meet your parents at the police station, it will support your future Petition. You can file a nc in police station complaining about her threats of suicide. The behaviour of your wife amounts to cruelty and on this ground you can seek divorce. That's the option you have if you have decided to put an end to the marriage.
