Wife being caught in extramarital affair twice

What should be done in order to take lifetime commitment from wife that she will never indulge herself in extramarital affair again in an entire married life of ours. Can we use bond paper to get a written lifetime commitment for the same or is there any alternative

Well, if she has to break the bond for keeping an extra marital affair, then she will, you cannot stop her from committing adultery. But, you can stop yourself to trust her again by applying to seek for Unilateral Divorce on the ground of Adultery.
