Wife asking for divorce saying my parents are not good with her

My wife has gone to her mom's place and then started to act strangely. At first, it was good communication and then suddenly she started ignoring and talking bad about my parents and me. After 2 months of her staying there, she started saying things to her family, that I trouble her, hit her, and so on. I have asked her to come back but now she is saying she wants to split. Can I be in trouble? I have not done anything of that sort.

If you want take back her then you have to file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. if both of you agrees to divorce the file a petition for divorce by mutually. By this prossess get it resolve it.
