Wife asking for divorce evry time after a small issue between us

Me and my wife havng issuesOur marriage is not regstrd bylaw.she is tllng i am not lovng her and shewant divrc we have a 3 mnth old baby,i marrd her without dowry i pledged my house and spnd the money on marrage no supprt fro m wife side and I stayed with her and her papa even though my mom is lvng alone in kerala , She had abortion that is mutual, she beat me 4 tims in publc ,in the past 1.5 years even for small issue she askng dvrce every time i convince her.ifIgofor dvrc canIask forchildcust?

it will not be wise for you to take any step. you will not get custody of the small child. again you have to pay maintenance to wife and children. so, it is not advisable to file a divorce case. if she beat you next time you may at best give a police complaint.
