WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED. I AM A SMALL SALARIED EMPLOYEE. IS IT NECESSARY TO GO FOR SETTLEMENT. i do not have any properties in my name.
hi if you want to file for divorce then you need to file it on goumds of mental crulety amd arrogant behaviour in district court and if you dont want to go for settlement then the issue would be dealt umder law
