Wife and kid living separately for 6 months, Can I remarry (Muslim)

my wife and kid left me since six month because i have got cardiac issues further i have no contacts they are not ready live with me and they are not ready for divorce. i am a muslim now i am thinking marry a second wife.a polygamy marriage Is there any legal formalities for that any legal action against me

There is no legal issue for u to marry another woman.But your wife can file the case against you for the maintenance of her and the child. So before entering into the second marriage remove all the obstacles.

Islamic law allows to marry during the lifetime of first wife, but there has to be a consent of first wife for the second marriage, and you have to treat them equally, if not so..the marriage will be void-ab-initio.

First you get divorce from Court ,then think for second marry.

Legally, being a Muslim, you can remarry. However, you may require permission from the competent authority if you are employed with the Government or the public sector. However, as you are having cardiac issues and that apparently is the reason for the wife and child leaving, 'other' issues require deeper consideration.
