Wife and her parent's mental harassment

My Sister in law doesn't stay with us since last 8 months, she doesn't like our family, we tried contacting her and her family but they don't let her speak with anyone from our family nor even my brother .. She did the same thing twice earlier that time we went at her place and accepted there terms and conditions and brought her back... They want there rules to be followed in our home .. What shall we do now?
Dear Queriest, as per your query it seems that you have been dominated by your wife and in-laws. as a fact what you have to do is what you have to decide itself. there is nothing we can do in it since it is a family issue, unless you want to get legally separated here we can help you to get that.

1. Your brother can send her a informal letter to reconcile matters;
2. If she does not want to then approach marriage counsellor;
3. If problems still persist then approach a mediator;
4. Once the same is not resolved then, ask her mutual consent divorce;
5. Engage a divorce cum criminal lawyer, for your safety and take precautions;
6. Usually the wife lodges false DV and 498A cases against husband and his family and there are chances of arrest;
7. Therefore consult a local lawyer and take steps.
