Wife and her family threatening to file a fake case against me

wife and her family threaten us to loadge a case against u.she need money and divorce.i am unemployed.in 2 yrs she stay only 5 months with me.she saidt to pull u in false case of beating and dowry.i dont know what to do.from 6 months she stay at her home for the 2nd time.we dont even talk or any contact.

Initiate a proceeding for restitution of conjugal right before the competent court and at the same time file an informentary petition before chief judicial magistrate informing the details to the court regarding apprehension apprehended by you

I will advise you to file a suit fir restitution of conjugal right U/s 9 of Hindu MArriage Act, if you are a Hindu, that will protect you as a helmet from the fake case filed against you by your wife.
