Wife alleging me of being sexually unfit and asking for unnatural sex.

I got married on 9th March 2015 and my wife left me on 9th May 2015. My wife alleged me that I have tried to sex against to her wish.According to her I did anal sex 5-6 times and asked to clean sperms released in dustbin and lick my sperms.In fact , not even for a single time we had complete intercourse as she never allowed me to do so. How can I protect myself from this false allegation. I have my medical reports saying I am normal and my wife also claims I am sexually not fit. we have never demanded for dowry. Her parents insisted us to keep bed& dressing table and now alleging for dowry demand. What to do?

not a problem at all in that this is your wife concern to prove all this to the court/police station for registering an FIR against you to do not sex without her consent and in that your medical is also to be done and our wife all clear that what has happened and after that something against you in that no problem it will be done in police investigation.

You need to file for anticipatory bail if the threat of false dowry cases being filed is real. This will provide you with a court order requiring your release on bail in the event of arrest. Your parents might require such a order as well to ensure their protection.

Since the marriage has not been consummated the marriage itself can be annulled and there would be no need to go in for a divorce.

this is very depressive condition for you in these circumstances i advice you to complain the matter to near police station against your wife and file petition for conjugal rights in local family court. explain all these facts in the petition before the court. you can not file divorce before one year of marriage.
