why judge asking for Demand draft?

Section 9 file kiya tha first hearing m judge ne DD demand kiya h??? Ldki k naam ka esa kyu?? Suffer m kr rha hu or DD bhi m du?

section 9 RCR petition does not involve payment of an amount. there must be a counter case such as maintenance filed by your wife against you. I can only provide you with proper solution after reading the case file. feel free to contact me

yes you need to pay & you must have advocate who had filed the case talk to your advocate. if not satisfied than you can engage some other advocate. yes you need to pay & you must have advocate who had filed the case talk to your advocate. if not satisfied than you can engage some other advocate.

There r certain legalities which u need to follow, In RCR court doesn’t ask for any such DD. We need to study the entire case before guiding u properly Anyways u need to hire expert advocate in your case
