Who will get Child custody if mother want divorce

My husband and his parents are abusing me mentally. I am thinking to get away from them. I am having 10 months old baby girl. If we file divorce who will get her custody? My husband and his family financial status is more than me.

Your child needs your care as she is still an infant, so they cannot claim custody of your child. My personal suggestion is that, before approaching legally, try to sort out the scuffles amicably; and if it is not helpful, then approach any civil advocate in your locality to help you legally.
