I am a married women of 37 having kid of age 18 years me and my husband is irresponsible onenI met with a person of 34 years already married and having no childrennHe insisted me to divorce my husband and assued to married menI became complete dumb with his love care and affectionnHe cheated me and proceeded to ivf with his wife but still assured to leave her after child birthnAfter his child birth he denied to leave his wifenI bore a child with him nI want to file case upon himnPlz suggest me

hi whether the first marriage divorce took place if yes then you could file harassement and domestic violence cases against him and for cheating and could obtain compensation by filing petition in the appropriate court
